Machine full description
End profiling machine HOMAG PROFI FL 20/08/25/W/Q/2K, left side stationary, right side adjustable according to the length of the workpiece. The workpiece is transported through the machine by two special chains, with stepless speed regulation. Every 500 mm in the feed chain, supports for transporting the workpiece (height of supports 6 mm) are placed. The workpiece is pressed from above by a special 60 mm wide belt, it is adjusted according to the thickness of the workpiece.
Accumulator for workpieces at the front of the machine, max. workpiece package 150 mm high, with pneumatic lowering of workpieces.
Power Control management PC22 with an industrial 850 MHz computer, operating system Windows NT 4.0 US.
