Machine full description

CLIPPER is the 6-axis open beam machining center, that performs milling, drilling and cutting operations on elements in wood, plastic and in general on non-ferrous material.

Machine suitable for large removals of material. Equipped with 4 independent motors and 2 working tables to allow the pendulum load or joint machining for large pieces.

Clipper is available with different working dimensions.

Main futures:

• Working heads with the possibility of choosing between 1, 3, 4 and 5 spindles with or without tool changer
• Multiple solutions for pieces clamping: from the vacuum system to jig-less clamps that block the shaped pieces without the need for templates
• Quickset system avaiable as option: automatic positioning of the tables TANDEM with independent motorized traverses and tables
• With PADEdirect, the customer receives direct assistance via remote connection
• E-LAB programming system, automatic trajectories manager
