The three transverse groove milling machines QNF-90°, QNF-W and QNF-W/N are used for transverse grooves in wood, aluminium and PVC.
Sturdy grey cast iron construction.
Precise ball bearing guide of the tool slide on hardened and ground steel shafts.
QNF-90°: transverse grooves under 90°
QNF-W: transverse grooves between 90° and 45° (horizontal)
QNF-W/N: transverse grooves between 90° and 45° (horizontal and vertical)
Lower cutter guard can be connected to extraction unit.
Machine stand included.
Including pneumatic material clamping horizontal. One clamping cylinder each to the left and right of the 90° milling range.
Including hydraulic feed brake.
