Machine full description

High speed moulding machine, dedicated to process very demanding profiles. Profiling is performed via high speed moulding tool.
Very stable and robust machine with cast iron frame.
Piece is feeded manualy, safety requirements should be followed.
Special high speed tool is mounted in tool gripper. Tool may have straight or shaped profile.
For piece’s feeding straight lineal or rollers may be used. Piece may be placed on dedicated template, and feeded with it together.
For processing of internal surfaces, table of the machine may be lifted via pedal. At this time tool enters the piece.
Table may be tilted, so more demanding surfaces may be processed.
