Completeline information – Model a2

This is the full wrapping line, dedicated to cover wide pieces with film. Piecess of MDF boards are fully covered with film on all six sides.
Elements for processing are feeded into line in batches. Two separate roller transporters are in use, so production can go without stop for suply (while elements from one transporter are feeded into line, another batch of elements will be positioned on another transporter). After passing the line elements will be completely covered with a film, and at the end of the line will be collected in batches. At the exit of the line another two roller transporters remove batches of finished products, allowing stopless production.
When line is adjusted for one particular element size, line operates fully automaticaly, without need for operator‘s intervention. Only supervision of line and work parameters is necessary.
Line consists of machines, produced by Homag group companies. So date flow and communication between machines are supperior.

Line consists of Homag group machines:
1. Vacuum feeding/lifting machine Bargstedt. With this feeding/lifting machine elements from left or right conveyor are fed into line.
2. Covering with film machine Friz. This is trough-feed machine, elements go trough without stopping. In this machine on top of element a special film is gued. Film is glued via glue, fed from separate agregate.
3. Element turning agregate Bargstedt. Elements one by one or in samples (depending on the length) go into turning agregate and are turned up site down.
4. Two side edge banding machine Homag Power Line. This machine glue edge on two oposit edges of the element.
5. Second film gluing machine Friz. This is trough-feed machine, elements go trough without stopping. In this machine on top of element a special film is gued. Film is glued via glue, fed from separate agregate. This machine with the same film glues also last two edges of element.
6. Processing machine Friz. This machine performs final processing of film glued, and the final quality will be achieved.
7. Vacuum unloader Bargstedt. This machine unloads all elements after processing. Elements may be unloaded to the left or to the right side of the line. On every side separate batch is completed. While batch is completed at one side, unloading is performed to another side without stoping entire line.
On the line several glue preparation and feeding agregates of company Nordson are in use.
