Machine full description

This is end profiling machine with 5 shafts and movable table.
Table is movable manually, pieces are clamped via pneumatic cylinders. Piece‘s lineal may be adjusted and profiling at different angle performed. Table may be also inclined under some angle.
All aggregate are adjustable. Different types of tools may be mounted on aggregates.
First two aggregates (horizontal) dedicated for quality length cutting. Circular blades are mounted and end cut is performed.
Following aggregates are mounted on the machine.
1 Horizontal cutting top 1,8 kW, 2835 rpm.
2 Horizontal cutting bottom 1,8 kW, 2835 rpm.
3 Vertical profiling top 3,7 kW, 2850 rpm.
4 Vertical profiling bottom 3,7 kW, 2850 rpm.
5 Vertical profiling bottom 3,7 kW, 2850 rpm.
Compressed air required 6 bar.
Made in Germany.
