Machine full description

This is three axis CNC processing center with vacuum table.
Pieces for processing are placed on the table and clamped via vacuum. By processing of small pieces, table may be devided into two parts. On one part piece is processed, at the same time on another part piece may be changed. Table with movable consoles and vacuum cups. Vacuum is delivered to vacuum cups and pieces are clamped. 3 vacuum cups are positioned on every console.
Pieces are positioned with use of pneumatic controlled supports. Main line is at the end of console, close to operator. Another line is on right and on left side of table.
Three spindles are mounted on machine. Efective processing is possible with no need for tool change.
Vertical and horizontal drilling holders mounted inside drilling head. Different drills may be inserted and machine chooses to right one for the operation.

Drilling head poseses 31 vertical spindles and 10 horizontal spindels.
Becker vacuum pump is used for vacuum suply.
Compressed air required 6 bar.
